But more than ever before, today’s consumers, whether they are Gen X, Gen Y, Baby Boomers, or Millennials, are initiating the process as they research properties. And they are often expanding their search to include lenders, media companies, technology companies, and any other source that returns relevant information to them before engaging the assistance of an agent.
