US sees 10th consecutive month of home sales declines

Existing home sales dropped 7.7 percent from October to November, according to NAR’s latest existing home sales report. That marks the 10th consecutive month of month-over-month declines. The housing market has definitely turned. This stat reflects the new reality brokerages face as they confront 2023 – fewer home sales, which means fewer transactions and less revenue.
